At Dr. Gena Chiropractic, our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our patients. Often in times of uncertainty, there can be a wealth of misinformation spread, especially in today’s digital age.

As a leading healthcare authority in our community, we wanted to reach out to all of our patients regarding the
COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus), and to let you know the steps we are taking to alleviate any potential concerns.

According to the latest reports from the CDC and other national healthcare providers, the current health risks are minimal for most age groups. We recommend all of our patients to wash their hands frequently, avoid close contact with people who are sick, and stay home if you aren’t feeling well.

At Dr. Gena Chiropractic, we follow strict cleaning policies for the protection of both our staff and our patients. Each staff member maintains rigorous personal hygiene standards as well preparing for every patient interaction. We use hospital-grade disinfectants across the entire office, with extensive room/equipment cleaning after each patient to ensure a safe and clean environment. These processes have always been of utmost importance in our office and will continue to be the standards we uphold for our community, as needed.

Please rest assured that we are following local and national updates daily and will continue to maintain the highest level of safety and patient care that you have come to expect. If you have any questions regarding your future appointments, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We have implemented the following: We have removed all the toys, exercise equipment and highly touchable areas in the office to prevent any congregating. The front door stays propped open during open patient hours so that you won't have to touch any door handles. You are welcome to either wait outside of the office or in your car and our team is happy to text you when your table is ready for you to be seen. We monitor flow and restrict the number of patients will will allow in the office at one time. We have also implemented some pre-screening protocols that will happen prior to patient visits during the Coronavirus pandemic. If you feel sick, we ask that you do not come into the office. If you have traveled out of the country in the last 14 days, if you have had a fever, flu-like symptoms or feel ill (cough, fever or shortness of breath) and if you, or someone you live with, have been in direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or under investigation for COVID-19, then we will not see you in the office.

Please make sure you do your best to take care of your mind and body during this time. Get plenty of rest, spend some time outdoors in the sunshine, exercise, eat healthy/nutritious whole foods, practice good hygiene and continue to take your supplements. Our office has Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, colloidal silver, zinc and many other immune boosting supplements should you need.
